Delivery information

We can deliver to anywhere on the UK mainland using one of our own delivery vans or a carrier service.

Delivery cost will depend on the area of the UK that you live in & are as follows:

FYLDE COAST	FREE
St Annes, Blackpool, Thornton Cleveleys, Fleetwood, Over Wyre, Garstang, Warton.

REST OF LANCASHIRE	£25

REST OF MAINLAND UK	£35

If a particular order is very large in order or weight then this may incur an extra delivery charge, but you will be notified before your order is processed & given the option to cancel.

Delivery times are as follows:

FITTED BEDROOMS, REPLACEMENT DOORS ACCESSORIES, FREE STANDING BEDROOM FURNITURE.	2-3 Weeks

MATTRESSES	7-10 Days

BEDS	2-3 Weeks

1. All goods must always be signed for; they cannot be left in the garden or in the garage in the absence of a signature.

2. The packaging must be examined for damage in transit, and if there is any this must be noted at time of signature.

3. If you have instructed that they be left with a neighbour the packaging must still be checked for damage and signed for.

4. Almost all courier companies are unable to give a delivery time and we cannot always guarantee a specific day.

5. It is a requirement that an able bodied person is available to help the driver off-load if large items such as fitted bedrooms have been ordered.

6. It is a condition of sale that you dispose of all packaging materials including pallets etc. and we would ask that you do so in accordance with re-cycling best practices.

We will at all times try to advise as soon as possible of delivery times & aim to be as flexible as we can to give you the very best service.
